What are your business hours?

Our business hours are 24/7 online. Saturdays from 10am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Where are you located?

We are a home based business in Houston. Once an appointment is set, you will receive the location 24 hours before your appointment. If you plan to bring a friend(s) with you to your appointment, please note that when you make your appointment to ensure enough time is blocked off for everyone. Click here to make an appointment.

Do you need to know my measurements before I purchase?

Our strands come a standard 54 inches. This fits most waist sizes with some wiggle room. If you need a larger size strand, I can accomadate you at no extra charge. Please email us at help@dcmwb.com

How many strands come with an order?

The prices listed are for SINGLE strands unless stated as a set on the listing. 

Which forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Zelle(In house purchases and pop-ups).

If I place an order and change my mind, can I get a refund?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds.

How long should I expect to wait to receive my order?

All strands are made once they are ordered and they are shipped in the order they are purchased. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Where do you ship?

All 50 US states. 

I gave the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

We ship to the address provided. If you paid with PayPal and have a wrong shipping address on file with them, you will need to contact them and make sure that your address is updated with them before we can ship it out to that address or it will be shipped out to the address provided within PayPal. We only ship to the address provided upon purchase. If the item has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped you will have to contact USPS.  

I forget to enter the discount code when I ordered, what should I do?

The strand(s) that I love are no longer on the site, what should I do?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid. 

Oh no, I broke my waistbeads! Can they be repaired? 

In most cases, we are able to repair your strand(s). Please email us at help@dcmwb.com Send us a picture of the broken strand(s) individually with all saved beads, your full name, and contact information. We will contact you back with directions.
